1) Social prejudice of looking down at women as a burden, who are incapable to earn a living.
2) After having a family, many women give up their dreams and jobs to fulfill the expectations of their in-laws and take up the responsibility of new members.
3) Women are not educated enough either due to gender-discrimination or lack of finances and opportunities, to get a job.
What do we do?
